Rick and his Father, Bob Sthamann had an idea in 1992 that they could sell quality furniture to the residents in and around Fort Qu'Appelle for less money and offer better service than you could get anywhere else. Payless is now selling medium to high end furniture, appliances and home decor from a 10,000 sq ft store in the heart of Fort Qu'Appelle.
